Paper Bliss uses the secure PayPal facility for online purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service and Paper Bliss does not have access to your credit card or bank account details.
Once you have made a purchase on our website, we will email you within 48 hours to confirm the delivery timeframe of your order.

Due to the huge range of colours and patterns available in the papers, card and envelopes, Paper Bliss does not hold stock of all items.
If you require an order urgently, please contact Paper Bliss prior to making an order to confirm a delivery timeframe.
If items purchased are in stock they will be despatched within 2 days. If some/all of the items you have purchased are not in stock, then they will generally be despatched within 10 days of ordering (most often sooner). Paper Bliss will email you a likely despatch date within 48 hours of receiving your order. Some products have minimum order quantities (which are listed on the product description) and other items are made to order (such as Pocket Fold Cards).
Paper Bliss can supply papers and card from all of the leading brands and not all products are listed on this website. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us, and chances are we may have it or will be able to get it for you. Minimum order quantities may apply.
Specialty Papers on offer includes: TCD Concepts, Artee Supplies, Paper Stop, Fred Hoskings Mix-It, Annie P, Cristina Re, La La, Ruche Designer Paper, Bazzill, Stardream and Curious Metallics.
Please note that on-screen colours may appear slightly different to the actual product.
Please choose your order carefully. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or if you do not like the item you purchased. If an item you receive is faulty or damaged, please notify Paper Bliss within 7 days of receiving your order and we will either replace the item or issue a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing a single unit of an item prior to making a large order if you are unsure of the colour/pattern/texture of the item.
Paper Bliss delivers all orders using Australia Post. Customers based in Hobart also have the option of pickup if desired.
A flat rate of postage is charged for items purchased on the website for Australian orders. Postage is calculated as follows:
- Postage of $3.50 for orders under $20.00
- Postage of $7.95 for orders over $20.00 and under $50.00
- Postage of $11.95 for orders over $50.00 and under $200
- FREE POSTAGE for orders over $250
We take great care packaging your order to ensure the products arrive in perfect order, however we cannot be held liable for damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
If you are purchasing from outside Australia, please contact Paper Bliss (email@example.com) prior to completing an on-line order to confirm postage costs.
