Yes, we are fully Australian owned and operated. We are a family business and try to use Australian suppliers where possible. Paper Bliss is based in Toowoomba, Queensland.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and direct deposit payments.

Our credit card orders are processed through the SecurePay Payment Gateway, which means your credit card details remain secure. Paper Bliss does not have access to these details (for more information visit our Security Policy or ).

If you pay by direct deposit, your order will be processed as soon as your payment reaches our bank account.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include 10% GST and prices are subject to change without notice.

Will my order always be in stock?

Due to the huge range of colours, patterns and paper thicknesses available, Paper Bliss does not hold stock of all items. Some items are ordered on demand and this is stated in the product description.

Generally out of stock items are posted within 4-6 days of you placing your order, however this can range from 2-10 days in some circumstances.

We will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order to let you know the approximate delivery timeframe.

Please note that if your order contains in stock items as well as items to be ordered in, the whole order will be sent together once all items are in stock.

I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website – can you order it in?

Paper Bliss can supply papers and card from all of the leading brands and not all products are listed on this website.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us. Chances are we may be able to order it for you. Minimum order quantities may apply.

How can I be sure the colour I’m seeing onscreen is what I’ll get?

Although it’s likely that what you’re seeing on screen is what you’ll get – or very close – you can’t be 100% sure.

There is some variation in how screens display colour. We always recommend ordering a sample before placing your entire order.

Can I see a sample before placing my order?

Yes of course. We always recommend ordering samples of our paper and card products before you place a larger order. This way you can be sure you love the colour, texture and thickness.

We will post you up to six paper or card samples for free (we just ask that you pay for postage). If you’d like more just send us an email to

What refund and return policy do you offer?

Please choose your order carefully. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or if you don’t like the item you purchased.

If an item you receive is faulty or damaged, please notify Paper Bliss within 7 days of receiving your order and we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing your entire order so you can be sure you love what you’re about to buy.
